Distribution of materials

There are a few campaigns out there for suicide prevention. But how do they promote this and spread the word.

  • Posters put in public places to be seen by big crowds.
  • Social Media Campaigns - Hashtags 
  • Leaflets
  • Websites
  • Downloadable content PNGs
  • Videos.





A good example of distribution is the We Listen Campaign designed by MullenLowe London. The piece is made for the Samaritans and is funded by the National Rail. This means that the posters are distributed in train stations were the main target audience can see it. I saw these posters when I was on the train at station we stopped at and they made me want to find out more about them and the cause. I also saw them in the Beazleys design of the year exhibition at The Design Museum as they won awards for their design.
